Shipping costs depend on order size, weight, and delivery location.

Free shipping on all UK orders over £250 with the code OVER250

• Standard Shipping (UK): 2-3 business days

• International Shipping: Europe: 5-7 business days

• North America: 5-7 business days

We do not cover customs fees for parcels outside of the UK

Deliveries will not be made on the weekends.

• We offer return for refund on both domestic and international orders. 

• 14-day return period from delivery.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, with tags.

• Exchanges depend on stock availability.

• No returns for sale items, pop-up event purchases or altered items.

• Refunds processed within 10 days.

• Bank processing time: 5-10 days.

• The customer must cover shipping cost on all returns.

• Faulty items may be returned.

We're not responsible for lost parcels once they are with the courier.
